Legal Disclaimer

Bookings cancelled before confirmation on the Platform will not be charged.

By using the Platform and placing a booking, you agree to Qwiky’s Refund and Cancellation Policy, including any applicable cancellation charges and refund terms mentioned herein.

Refund Eligibility

  • If the booking is cancelled within 15 minutes from the time the booking is placed, the customer will receive a 100% refund.

  • If the booking is cancelled within 1 hour from the time the booking is placed, the customer will receive a 50% refund.

  • If the booking is cancelled after 1 hour from the time the booking is placed, no refund shall be applicable.


Service Failure


In case of service failure, including but not limited to:

  • helper/service provider not arriving,

  • inability to start the service,

  • incomplete service delivery attributable to the service provider,

    the customer shall be eligible for either:

    • a 100% refund, or

    • a free rebooking, subject to availability and internal review.

Qwiky reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution after reviewing the issue.

Refund Processing Timeline


Approved refunds shall be processed and credited to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Actual credit timelines may vary depending on the customer’s bank, payment gateway, or financial institution.

Additional Terms

  • Refunds shall only be processed for eligible cancellations made through the Platform.

  • Convenience fees, platform fees, taxes, or third-party charges, if any, may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • Qwiky reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
