Bookings that are cancelled before Confirmation on the Platform will not be charged. Qwiky's cancellation policy sets out applicable cancellation fees and by agreeing to the Terms, you hereby agree to the refund and cancellation policy terms as well.
Refund and Cancellation for Service Provider Company
Bookings can be cancelled anytime before the helper is dispatched.
If cancelled within 5 minutes of booking, you’ll receive a full refund.
If cancelled after dispatch, a nominal cancellation fee applies (50% of the cart value).
In case of service failure (helper doesn’t arrive/complete work), you’ll receive either a 100% refund or free rebooking.
Refunds are processed and credited within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
